How to Infuse Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Native to the Mediterranean, rosemary has been used since as early as 500 B.C. It’s not just a delicious seasoning for soups, casseroles, salads, and stews, but has quite effective medicinal properties. Back in Ancient Greece, scholars would wear rosemary around their necks to help with memory during examinations. Today it’s known for being a good source of iron, vitamins A, C, and B-6, and antioxidant compounds. Rosemary has also been shown to lower blood sugar, improve mood and memory, and support eye and brain health.
