The LEVO Return Policy
Returns by Mail
You have 15 business days from the day you receive the unit to submit your return request to email@example.com. You can return online purchases through the mail as long as the unit is unused and shipped to us from within the United States. To return your online purchase by mail:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number (feel free to forward your confirmation email!) and description of issue / reason for return. We appreciate photos and videos of your issue for our records, as well.
- We’ll record your issue and reply with a return label.
- Pack your unit in the original shipping package with all original packing materials, manuals and accessories, if possible, and use the return shipping label provided via email. You can arrange a pick-up or drop off via FedEx.
- Once we receive your returned unit, we will reimburse you for your unit less the cost of shipping, or exchange your device for free if unit was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Defective Merchandise Policy
We guarantee that your product will arrive brand new, perfect and in working condition. If an item should arrive defective out-of-the-box, we ask that you document the damages with photos and email email@example.com to report the defect. Arrangements will be made have your item returned. We are able to provide an exchange for a new unit or refund based on your preference.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise During Shipping Policy
We take pride in how we package and ship your merchandise. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please document the damages and contact us immediately, so we may process a claim with our carrier.
Refund Method for online purchases
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive a copy of the credit memo showing the applied refund via email.
