Infused Buffalo Chicken Dip
There’s no better way to enjoy edibles than by dipping them. . . which is why we suggest you dunk your way to glory with this spicy, tangy buffalo chicken dip. It’s a one-bowl wonder that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy at a virtual game-watching party.
We put a new spin on a traditional game-day classic by doubling down on the infused portion of this recipe. While this recipe uses infused ranch and infused hot sauce, you are welcome to substitute either with non-infused versions.
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup LEVO-infused ranch*
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup LEVO-infused hot sauce*
- ¼ cup full fat buttermilk
- scallions, for garnish
Remove cream cheese from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature.
Once cream cheese has come to temperature, soften it with a fork or in the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip until gently aerated.
Add cream cheese, cheddar, ranch, sour cream, hot sauce, and buttermilk to a large mixing bowl.
Mix to combine.
Add shredded rotisserie chicken.
Pour into a serving bowl and top with chopped scallions. Serve at room temperature or keep refrigerated for up to one week.
Serve with hot wings, celery, and carrot sticks, or on slices of baguette.
